In the summer of 2026, DISCO partnered with Ari Kaplan Advisors to survey 104 legal professionals, supplemented by 33 in-depth interviews, to understand how legal AI adoption, trust, and economics are evolving.
This is our third consecutive year publishing research in this field. With three years of data now in hand, this report goes further than a single year-over-year comparison: Alongside this year's findings, we trace a small set of core metrics all the way back to 2024 to show which shifts are part of a steady three-year climb, and which are brand-new to this year alone.
