2. Offering Description

The Request Offering is DISCO’s hosted platform for automating intake and response compliance for legal data requests (e.g. subpoenas, law enforcement requests (LER) and service of process requests (SOP)).

Request Enterprise.  DISCO Request Enterprise is limited to single Domain and  includes all features and functionality included in DISCO Request Professional, but also includes SendSafely, HelloFax, and archive applications (e.g  Box.com) integrations; and the Requestor Acknowledgement Module.

Emergency Data Request Routing & Hosting.  Automated Emergency Data Request Routing and Hosting.

Hosted Forms:  Custom created form that is hosted on the Request Offering.

Integrations; Custom Requests:  Integrations included in each package are limited to those currently offered by DISCO.  DISCO reserves the right to modify, replace or discontinue any integrations. Requests for custom integrations, configurations, dashboards, reports or other technologies or features beyond the standard offerings will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.  Such requests will incur additional fees and will require a separate statement of work outlining scope and cost.  DISCO shall retain all right, title and interest in and to any custom work, including all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto.

Additional Forms:  Requests for additional forms will incur additional fees or an Order for Professional Services (with respect to custom forms).

3. Authorized Use Metrics

Setup Fee. One time charge to set up the Request environment inclusive of integrations with applicable systems.  Set up includes validations of system sync, connections, and the migration of existing matters and/or requests.

Instance:  DISCO Request platform with administrative control over the company’s legal data request management workflow.  Separate instances would be necessary if Customer needs separation of data, access, etc. because of jurisdiction (e.g. US v. EMEA v. APAC) or functional separation of a company entity.

Form: Each individual form that is created to support data request routing.  Forms hosted in foreign languages shall count as additional forms.
