This year’s menu has been curated by the acclaimed chefs Jeremy Chan and José Pizarro, each bringing their own unique culinary style and creativity. The dishes highlight exceptional ingredients, thoughtfully prepared and served with genuine, attentive hospitality.

● 15:30: Show grounds open to guests with a welcome cocktail & collection of programmes
