Composition of the Internal Committee

In pursuance of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 read with the provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Rules, 2013 and DISCO policies, the Internal Committee at CS Disco India Pvt. Ltd.. (“DISCO”) is constituted to deal with the complaints relating to Sexual Harassment in the workplace.

The Internal Committee comprises of the following members:

1. Presiding Officer Ambika Bedi (Commercial Counsel)
2. Member Sheru Kadam (Director, Review Operations)
3. Member Pankaj Sharma (Senior Manager, Engineering)
4. External Member Dr. Devika Singh (Advocate)

The Internal Committee is constituted to provide a means of redressal for women workers should any complaints relating to sexual harassment arise, with the aim to create a secure and dignified work environment for women workers.

DISCO is committed to a zero tolerance policy towards sexual harassment at the workplace. If any woman worker believes that she has been subjected to or is being subject to sexual harassment, she may file a complaint by writing an email to speakup@csdisco.com. All complaints alleging a sexual harassment act will be promptly and thoroughly investigated and where appropriate, prompt remedial action will be taken.
