Collect Product Terms

1. Scope

This document provides supplemental information and terms that apply to the DISCO Collect Technology Offering (the “Collect Offering”).  All capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein will have the meanings given to such terms in DISCO’s Terms and Conditions as well as the Order governing Customer’s use of the Collect Offering.

2. Offering Description

The Collect Offering is an API-enabled feature set in DISCO Hold that allows for the automated management and collection of data from third-party cloud platforms.

3. Terms of Use 

Customers must be licensed for Hold Enterprise in order to utilize the Collect Offering.

4. Authorized Use Metric

The amount of data that is managed or collected through the Collect Offering.
