About the webinar

Established in 1919, WLALA is a powerful and respected advocate for women attorneys, women in general, persons of color, the disadvantaged, and the underrepresented in Southern California. Our 1000+ members actively work to promote the full participation of women in the law from diverse perspectives, racial and ethnic backgrounds, maintaining the integrity of our legal system by advocating principles of fairness and equality, and improving the status of women, including their exercise of equal rights and reproductive choice. WLALA and its charitable Foundation also work in partnership with other organizations, including the Inner-City Law Center, Downtown Women’s Center, Harriet Buhai Center for Family Law and Sojourn Services for Battered Women and Children, to provide critical public services to underserved and underrepresented members of our community.
