With its theme: Dispute Resolution-Global, Sustainable, Ethical?, LIDW22 will take a critical look at the future of dispute resolution and its place in the post pandemic world. A two-day conference which leading practitioners, judges, arbitrators and all those involved in the dispute resolution business will consider the important matters that affect our clients. We will look not only at how disputes will be resolved in the future, considering matters such as witness recollection and how negotiation strategy is changing, but also about our place in the business world, as ESG and wellbeing are increasingly on the agenda. The nature of international trade and therefore disputes is also changing: we will look at cyber and crypto issues and the rise of class actions.
