Stephen Dearing is DISCO’s General Manager, EMEA. Dearing leads DISCO’s International expansion, establishing global centers of excellence in both Europe and Asia, furthering our global reputation as the legal technology and services partner of choice.
Prior to joining DISCO, Dearing has held several international leadership and advisory positions within the software, enterprise, fintech, and data industries, including senior roles at Gartner, Dun & Bradstreet and Mastercard. With a focus on initiating, scaling, and coaching businesses to achieve high-performance, Dearing has driven significant revenue growth, improved client satisfaction and loyalty whilst enhancing organizational culture to increase employee engagement. Dearing holds a B.A.(Hons) in Business and Finance from Newcastle University.
